Job summary

Skywise Canada Inc. is seeking a Cloud Security Architect to lead the definition, management and improvement of our cloud security posture across AWS/GCP/Azure.

You will own IAM strategies, platform compliance and collaboration with Airbus Security Operations Center to monitor and protect SKYWISE cloud platforms. The role requires extensive security experience, cross-functional work, and ability to define secure landing zones, governance and proactive threat defense.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cyber security.
• 3+ years in cloud security architecture in a company or SaaS.
• Experience securing native cloud platform services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Advanced knowledge of cloud security controls definition (segmentation, key management,...)
• Experience in identity and access management in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and enforce enterprise cloud security baselines, landing zones and internal perimeters across SKYWISE cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP).
• Define and implement cloud native IAM, emphasizing least privilege, short-lived service credentials, and key management infrastructure; ensure regular reviews and improvements.
• Partner with the Cyber Security Architect to ensure products are deployed onto secure, isolated and compliant platforms.
• Own SKYWISE platform level of compliance to security standards and certification for cloud security controls.
• Define security controls to ensure global monitoring of our platforms and build strong relationships with Data Platform Operations teams.
• Identify and manage Cloud Security Posture tools to detect drift, exposures and misconfigurations in real time.
• Be the focal point for Airbus Security Operations Center regarding SKYWISE cloud platforms.
