Syneos Health, based in Paris, is seeking a Clinical Trial Coordinator in Finances to coordinate the billing activities for all centers involved in a clinical study, liaising with vendors, ARCs, centers, and internal finance teams. The role requires tracking invoice proposals, resolving blockers, and ensuring smooth billing processes.

Key duties include creating centers in APEX, validating in eGPS, monitoring payments in Medius and SAP, and maintaining real-time PowerBI visibility of billing

Qualifications

• Experience in Billing / Accounting for clinical trials.
• Familiarity with Power BI, SAP, and Medius.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across centers and vendors.
• Fluency in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate billing activity across all participating study centers.
• Track the setup and progress of invoice proposals to ensure timely billing.
• Create centers in APEX and validate creation in eGPS.
• Track payments to centers and resolve payment issues in Medius and SAP.
• Maintain real-time PowerBI dashboards showing billing status by center/study.
• Produce client reports and participate in finance meetings with stakeholders.
• Monitor provisions following client directives.
