PSI CRO in Île-de-France is hiring a senior Clinical Project Manager to lead global multi-center studies from startup to closure. You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, and quality while coordinating cross-functional teams and client communications.

Applicants must have recent clinical research PM experience, track record in Phase II/III trials, and English language applications. Remote or hybrid work arrangements may apply, with emphasis on strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Recent clinical research experience in the capacity of project manager or equivalent (e.g. Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Study Team Lead, etc.)
• Global or regional clinical project management experience, including management of all project services from startup to closure
• Therapeutic experience in oncology, and/or GI , IBD, Ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease is preferred
• Experience managing Phase II and III clinical projects is preferred
• BSc or MSc in Life Sciences (or similar) or an equivalent combination of education, training & experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Ability to negotiate confidently
• Team building, resource allocation and organizational skills are essential
