Job summary

Thermosphr is seeking a senior full-stack software engineer with a DevOps mindset to own backend and cloud infrastructure across the full lifecycle, from prototype to production. You’ll collaborate with CTO and engineers to ensure reliable, real-time data flow from buildings to the cloud, with monitoring and alerting.

This is a fully remote role across Europe. We value ownership, continuous learning, and entrepreneurial initiative, with opportunities to shape Thermosphr’s product and direction

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (C1/C2).
• Senior-level experience building backend solutions in production.
• Advanced Python 3.12+ skills.
• Experience with GCP/AWS/Azure or willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of IoT or strong willingness to learn.
• Analytical and critical thinking.
• Ability to take responsibility and ensure quality from prototype to production.
• Familiar with AI-assisted coding tools and ability to evaluate code.
• Interest in security and producing production-grade code.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative.

• Take ownership of architecture and software development across the full cycle.
