Greenly is seeking a dynamic Social Media & Content Growth Intern to join the Brand Marketing team in Paris. You will blend sustainability expertise with digital creativity to generate real business leads and build a strong online presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.

You will ghostwrite for employees, manage communities, and deploy campaigns that convert engagement into demo requests. Flexible remote options and a collaborative culture are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) and their algorithms to strategically boost reach.
• Deep passion for sustainability and a strong grasp of technical climate topics (SBTi, CSRD, etc).
• Experience with content creation, community management, and social media analytics.
• Ability to think creatively and propose innovative campaigns that break the "green cliché."
• Experience with design tools and video editing skills are a significant plus.
• Fluency in both English and French

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute social media campaigns to generate leads and grow the brand.
• Ghostwrite and curate insights for employees' LinkedIn profiles to boost advocacy.
• Manage LinkedIn community, approve posts, and spark discussions.
• Coordinate with Brand and Content teams to align social strategy with company messaging.
• Track campaigns in HubSpot; analyze metrics to optimize performance.
• Conduct data-driven reviews of Content vs Lead Gen initiatives.
