Cognizant France is hiring a Client Partner - Insurance to form an integral part of the continued rapid growth of Cognizant’s French BFSI Sales team, expanding our global service portfolio from Consulting, Technology and Outsourcing services for large accounts in France. The role will involve daily exposure to our clients and Cognizant senior management. Reporting into our BFSI Client Partner and based in La Défense Headquarter, Paris, this role offers hybrid work model and opportunities to thrive and grow within our Sales Leadership Team.

Overview

Client Partners plays a key role in our growth and are tasked with rapid business expansion within their assigned accounts, responsible for growth, health, and prospects of account relationships. The Client Partner is the end-to-end account owner responsible for overall account P&L and senior client relationships. The client partner is a leader with outstanding abilities in building relationships at the CxO level and an extensive network of executives, strong drive to enhance revenues, improve operating margin, and foster employee growth and development.

What are you looking for?
  • Drive profitable growth through identifying and leading all aspects of the closure of new, renewal, and expansion opportunities in the Insurance Market Unit

  • Develop client engagement strategies and quantify costs of pursuit

  • Lead accountability against Measurable Revenue/Profit Growth within set timelines

  • Be part of senior management reviews for the performance metrics of the account, liaise with delivery, operations and finance teams

  • Collaborate with multiple service lines, innovation teams and business teams in Cognizant to formulate a business plan and implement it at account level

  • Have regular meetings and collaborate with the existing and new customers’ decision makers and influencers

  • Be Responsible for execution and customer satisfaction in all the revenue portfolios

  • Identify and forge partnerships and tap into existing alliance partnerships of Cognizant to grow your portfolio,

  • Shape the thought leadership agenda and actively drive execution of the innovation agenda for the portfolio

  • Focus on developing a plan to increase the visibility of Cognizant in the account relationship

  • Track of Insurance industry trends relevant to client business and bring forth proactive ideas and solutions, leveraging Cognizant business cases in other geos, and team expertise from our Industry Solution Group and our Consulting activities.

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the clients and be responsible for backlog growth including renewals and extensions of current engagements

What are we looking for
  • 15 + years of experience in a client facing role from previous IT Professional services firms / offshore outsourcing industry .

  • 8 years + dedicated to Banking, Financial & Insurance services with a current network in France with large accounts within Insurance vertical.

  • Experience managing Client P&L including reporting and metric assessment for the account

  • Excellent ability and aptitude to influence and communicate effectively with business stakeholders up to the C-Suite

  • Proactive mindset to connect with the ecosystem (Vendors, Service providers, Software companies) and create global and multi-tower solutions

  • Ability to interface at all levels of an organization

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and in English

  • Hunter mindset, leader by influence, strong ability to call SMEs at the table and be a game changer
