Job summary

Allianz Consulting France, part of the Allianz Group, is seeking a highly motivated Principal Consultant to join the CIO Advisory practice in Paris. You will lead IT strategy projects, streamline IT organizations, and bring technical and functional expertise to design and manage digital initiatives across the Group.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of operational insurance business and/or IT/digital transformation consultancy experience.
• Proven track record in IT strategy definition, organizational streamlining, or IT project management within large, complex organizations.
• Knowledge of AI frameworks and ability to advise on AI adoption and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engagements under guidance of an Engagement Manager, ensuring timelines and deliverables.
• Support existing clients and manage key accounts.
• Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and supporting proposals.
• Share ideas on potential client needs to drive new projects.
• Contribute to internal Allianz Consulting initiatives.
