Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Group Risk Manager to oversee risk identification, assessment, and monitoring across the organization. The role emphasizes risk assessment, monitoring, and mitigation coordination in collaboration with Compliance, Legal, and Data Protection teams.

The incumbent will work with business units to promote a strong risk culture, support risk reporting to senior management, and help define risk appetite and tolerance levels.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Law, Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Risk Management or related areas.
• Experience in multi-entity or international environments is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and update the Group risk sheet register and risk assessment methodologies with the Risk owner.
• Monitor the group risk methodology and update according to group directive.
• Lead periodic risk identification and assessment exercises across subsidiaries and business units.
• Support identification of emerging and strategic risks affecting the Group's objectives.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and monitor their implementation.
