The company combines industrial excellence, technological innovation and a strong environmental commitment. As part of a major organisational and growth phase, we are recruiting a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the next step of the Group’s expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall strategy : growth, industrial scale‑up, international expansion.
• Build a strong and efficient governance model adapted to a rapidly evolving organisation.
• Oversee the full value chain : sourcing, refurbishment facilities, supply chain, distribution and after‑sales operations.
• Strengthen quality, productivity, operational reliability and financial performance.
• Structure and develop the leadership team across operations, finance, commercial and marketing.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with brokers, telecom operators, marketplaces and retailers.
• Work closely with shareholders (family owners) : reporting, strategic planning, ESG initiatives.
• Represent the Group externally and lead its expansion across key European markets.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as CEO , Managing Director or Business Unit Director in an industrial, logistics, tech or consumer electronics environment.
• Strong operational background : supply chain, process optimisation, quality excellence.
• Successful track record in fast‑growth, scale‑up or transformation environments.
• Inspiring leadership, decision‑making ability and strong change‑management skills.
• Solid understanding of international sourcing and strategic partnerships.
• Fluent English required.
