Pierre Fabre Laboratories in Muret, Occitanie, is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to organize the preparation of complete parcels and the dispatch quay activities to meet delivery, cost, quality, safety, and environmental targets. You will supervise a team of about 30 people, ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards, and coordinate with stakeholders to manage flow of goods.

• Strong knowledge of logistics flows and QHSE requirements.
• Proficiency with office tools and WMS systems.

Your mission

Organiser l’activité de préparation colis complets et quai d'expedition de manière à réaliser l’objectif fixé en termes de délai, coût, qualité, sécurité, hygiène, santé au travail, environnement :

• Respecter et faire respecter les règles de sécurité, les réglementations qualité et environnementales
• Planifier et piloter son activité via des indicateurs
• Superviser et, en cas de dysfonctionnement, prendre les mesures nécessaires
• Organiser et superviser la circulation des flux en interface avec les acteurs concernés
• Veiller au respect des engagements (planning et coûts) du secteur
• Optimiser l’organisation du travail, le processus de son secteur, les moyens utilisés et assure l’interface avec les autres services : Mettre en place des actions de progrès sur son secteur
• Prendre en charge la rédaction et la mise à jour des documents de son secteur
• Manager l’équipe de travail : Porter, communiquer et expliquer, à son équipe, les orientations et décisions à mettre en œuvre
• Assurer un encadrement de proximité de ses collaborateurs
• Anticiper, détecter les situations à risque et favoriser la remontée des informations pertinentes de façon proactive
• Définir les objectifs et évaluer le travail réalisé
• Développer les compétences de ses collaborateurs et être garant de leur qualification
• Faire respecter les règles managériales du site
• Faciliter la communication au sein de l’équipe et gérer les conflits et tensions.

Compétences métiers et transverses:

• Maitrise des outils informatiques ( pack office , connaissance d'un WMS)
• Bonne compréhension des flux logistiques
• Maitrise de l'environnement QHSE
• Connait et met en œuvre des outils d'amélioration continue
