Appsierra Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to steer complex, cross-functional initiatives from conception to delivery in the Île-de-France region. The role requires strong leadership, rigorous risk and budget oversight, and a proven ability to drive Agile practices across the organization.

You will define scope and success metrics with stakeholders, lead Agile ceremonies, manage budgets, and communicate status to senior leadership and partners.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing end‑to‑end projects in a senior capacity.
• Proven expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Strong risk management and mitigation skills, with a track record of delivering on time and within budget.
• Exceptional leadership, influencing, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• Hands‑on experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Confluence).
