Demartino Law is seeking a MOA Compensation Project Manager to steer IT studies and projects across business and IT. You will define scope with the business contact, organize governance, and lead feasibility studies through to deployment.

Role requires strong IT/project management skills, understanding of insurance domains, and ability to manage multi-stakeholder environments with V-model or agile approaches.

Responsabilités

• Advise the business on evolutions of the IS for compensation strategy.
• Support feasibility studies noting planning, resources, schedule and cost.
• Lead feasibility studies to manufacturing stage and define scope with business contact.
• Organize work groups with business and IT teams; present scenarios and evaluate cost/schedule.
• Propose project methodology (V-model or agile) and governance for validation.
• Ensure handover to future IT project lead and manage implementation governance.

# MOA Compensation Project Manager - SI IARD* MOA Compensation Project Manager - SI IARDMISSIONS: -Advise the business on the evolutions of the IS necessary for the implementation of the compensation strategy, in line with the client's strategy - Support the business on the opportunity study phase to "calibrate" the feasibility study phase in terms of planning, necessary contributing resources, schedule and cost. – Manage/Organize/Lead feasibility studies through to the manufacturing stage, i.e.: -> Define the scope of the request with the dedicated business contact -> Organize/facilitate working groups with business and IT teams -> Define possible scenarios in response to the need, advise and assist stakeholders in the directions taken during the study and in line with the client's IT strategy -> Evaluate each scenario in terms of content (response to the need, advantages, disadvantages), cost, and schedule, considering the teams' capacity, integrating the following dimensions whenever necessary (synergy, alignment with other projects, target and cross-functional nature of the solution, etc.) -> Propose the project methodology (V-model vs. agile) -> Present the complete file to the governance bodies for validation – Ensure handover to the future IT project lead (to be integrated from the study phase for ownership and sharing of the feasibility) Manage the assigned projects during the Implementation (V-model or agile): - Present the project to IT contributors (kick-off) - Implement the governance validated during the pre-project phase and lead the meetings under your responsibility - Write the minutes of the meetings led - Coordinate all activities within the IT scope (infrastructure, environments, architecture, functional and technical design, implementation, testing, production deployment) - Ensure monitoring of the 4 Cs (Content, Cost, Capacity, Schedule) - Define, if necessary, the action plans required to guarantee the successful completion of the project - Update project reporting in the client's tools - Manage technical and functional dependencies with other projects on the roadmapDesired profile: – Significant experience in IT studies and managing IT projects across both IT and business dimensions. – Ability to understand the IT dimension and the strategic business context. – Ability to communicate with functional and technical architects . – Organizational and project management skills. – Knowledge of insurance business and IT systems. – Knowledge of insurance and preferably property and casualty claims management.**Work location:** Europe
