Job Description Summary En tant que membre clé d'une équipe de conception mondiale et matricielle, le Chef de projet (H/F) ) est responsable de la gestion des programmes (introduction de nouvelles technologies, nouveau produit, amélioration de la productivité), en veillant à ce qu'ils soient alignés sur les objectifs commerciaux et réalisés dans les délais et le budget impartis. Vous travaillez avec une équipe mondiale pour gérer des programmes critiques de développement d’équipements matériel, logiciel et de services (basés sur des technologies d’électronique de puissance) pour des applications industrielles dans les domaines : des data center, du solaire et du stockage d’énergie. Vous jouez un rôle clé dans la communication, la gestion des risques, et la prise de décision dans l’organisation. Vous favorisez l’amélioration continue à travers les portefeuilles de programmes des différentes plateformes.
As a key member of a global and matrixed engineering team, the Project Manager is responsible for managing programs (new technology introductions, new product development, and productivity improvement initiatives), ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery within schedule and budget. You will work with a global team to manage critical hardware, software, and service development programs (based on power electronics technologies) for industrial applications in the areas of data centers, solar energy, and energy storage. You play a key role in communication, risk management, and decision‑making across the organization. You drive continuous improvement across the various platform program portfolios.
The Program manager as a member of Power Conversion & Storage team will be a self-drive candidate responsible to lead complete portfolio programs and should be able to Understand product requirements, derive design scope, break down requirements to tasks to manage in Smartsheet or other tools. Run periodic scrums to manage sprints and daily issues. Proactively develop, maintain, drive, and communicate program timelines to broader cross‑functional team. Lead and drive the program with timelines and accountable for budget. Manage product risk & changes throughout the product lifecycle. Periodic dashboard updates on program status. Demonstrate Cost‑out mind set on the product design during the NPI program life cycle. Identify and evaluate sources of new product parts in partnership with Sourcing. Work with Manufacturing to understand production issues, facilitate to resolve product issues with the help of design team. Lead & facilitate design reviews, track formal actions to closure. Smooth transition of product solution to projects team. Understand fleet issues, perform root cause analysis & facilitate design team for resolution. Ensure continuous communication and update to all stakeholders. Continuously evaluate the program lessons learned, both during project gates and after milestones and delivery. Other responsibilities include working closely with Product Management, Sales, Design Consultancies, Marketing Communications, Supply Chain, Suppliers, and Customer Support to deliver winning product that ensure incremental revenue, customer satisfaction, time to market, and margin goals are met.
