A major construction group in Vannes is seeking an executive to lead and coordinate construction and rehabilitation projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Building or Civil Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in cost study. Strong organizational, analytical, and teamwork skills are essential, along with a passion for project conception and quality execution.

Contract: CDI, cadre (executive)

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete study of new construction and rehabilitation projects from initial assessment to handover to the construction service.
• Coordinate design and execution studies of a project.
• Choose internal project team and external partners.
• Prepare offer documents during the bidding phase.
• Set up contracts with internal and external stakeholders during the bidding phase.
• Anticipate contract needs when bids are processed.
• When a bid is processed, direct the preparation of the market dossier and transfer the project to execution managers.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Building or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cost study within the General Works sector.
