As a hands-on manager, you coordinate resources across three production ateliers, align with Quality, Maintenance, HSE, Logistics, Planning and HR, and develop talent through coaching.

Ideal candidate holds a technical or industrial degree and has proven leadership in manufacturing, with good English and SAP knowledge.

• Knowledge of safety, quality, and HSE requirements.
• English proficiency recommended.

Responsabilités

• Lead production teams daily to meet safety, quality, cost and delivery targets.
• Coach and develop staff through training and feedback.
• Ensure safety compliance, conduct risk assessments and corrective actions.
• Monitor performance indicators and drive Lean initiatives.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance and HR to optimise site performance.
