Pierre Fabre Laboratories, a global leader in pharmaceutical and dermo-cosmetics, seeks a motivated HSE intern for our logistics site in Seysses. Under the supervision of the HSE Manager, you will join a committed team where safety culture and risk prevention are core daily priorities.

The intern will participate in defining the HSE policy, promote and apply safety/environment systems, and support risk assessments and incident investigations, while gaining hands-on experience in an

• Student pursuing an Engineering or Master’s program in HSE.
• First experience in safety/environment is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in defining the site HSE policy (staff, equipment, working conditions, environmental compliance) and help implement it.
• Lead and enforce safety/environment policy and HSE management systems within the scope, in line with regulations and group directives.
• Lead risk assessments, update and analyze HSE indicators, and propose action plans and investments.
• Investigate and analyze workplace accidents and incidents, follow up on preventive actions and manage waste handling (external or on-site).
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and safety instructions by training staff and conducting regular audits.
• Interact with site management, IRP, and Occupational Health services on safety actions to implement.

Your mission

Votre rôle au sein d'une entreprise pionnière en pleine expansion.

Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire HSE pour notre entrepôt logistique situé à Seysses. Sous la responsabilité de la Chargée HSE, vous intégrerez une équipe engagée, où la culture sécurité et la prévention des risques sont au cœur des priorités quotidiennes.

Le(a) Stagiaire HSE a pour missions principales de :

• Participer à la définition de la politique Hygiène Sécurité Environnement (HSE) du site (personnels, matériels, conditions de travail, respect de l'environnement) et contribuer à sa mise en œuvre
• Animer et faire appliquer la politique sécurité et environnement et les systèmes de management HSE sur son périmètre en conformité avec la réglementation et les directives groupe
• Animer l'évaluation des risques, mettre à jour et analyser les indicateurs HSE et proposer des plans d'actions et investissements associés.
• Enquêter et analyser les accidents de travail/maladies professionnelles/incidents HSE, proposer et suivre les actions et mesures préventives et gérer le traitement des déchets (filière externe et/ou traitement in situ).
• S'assurer du respect de la réglementation et des consignes HSE en sensibilisant le personnel et en pratiquant des audits réguliers
• Interagir avec l'encadrement du site, les IRP et le service de Santé au Travail sur l'ensemble des actions de sécurité à mettre en place.

Nous recherchons un(e) étudiant(e) en formation Ingénieur ou Master HSE.

Une première expérience en sécurité et environnement, idéalement en environnement industriel/logistique, serait un plus.

Compétences techniques :

• Connaissance du Code du Travail et du Code de l'Environnement
• Bonne maîtrise du Pack Office
