Job summary

Air Liquide, through its Seppic unit, invites a final-year engineer or BAC+5 Master student to join the R&I laboratory in Castres for a six-month internship. You will contribute to the development of innovative excipients for dry dosage forms intended for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical markets, involving formulation, tests, and supplier interactions.

You will develop lab-scale formulations, perform analyses, and participate in project management, with opportunities to present results

Qualifications

• Last year of engineering school or Master (BAC+5) in formulation development/galenics.
• Experience in galenic forms (dry forms) in pharma or nutrition is appreciated.
• French: fluent; English: operational (reading publications, written communication).
• Formulation chemistry and physico-chemistry knowledge.
• Project management skills.
• Regulatory awareness.
• Autonomy and proactivity.
• Teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze research subject and perform literature and technology reviews.
• Evaluate ingredients and develop oral solid formulations.
• Identify raw materials in collaboration with suppliers.
• Plan actions and set up lab-scale experiments.
• Characterize products, analyze results, and draw conclusions.
• Manage project and present progress internally (R&I, marketing).
