Pierre Fabre Laboratories recherche un Chargé d’Approvisionnement pour l’usine de Gaillac. CDI, baśé sur les matières premières et l’optimisation logistique, vous pilotez les achats, les stocks et les KPI auprès des fournisseurs clés.

Le candidat idéal maîtrise SAP et Excel, possède un Bac+5 ou équivalent en logistique et parle anglais professionnel. Poste responsabilisant au sein d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire.

Qualifications

• Formation Bac+5 en ingénierie/logistique ou Bac+3/5 en logistique. Expérience en approvisionnement dans un secteur industriel.
• Maîtrise des ERP (SAP) et outils bureautiques (Excel, Power BI).
• Anglais professionnel requis; connaissance ISO, BPF, NQA et règles d’hygiène/sécurité en milieu industriel.

Responsabilités

• Gestion des approvisionnements: analyser les besoins, passer et suivre les commandes, gérer les stocks.
• Pilotage des fournisseurs: suivre KPI (OTIF, Lead Time) et actions correctives.
• Paramétrer et maintenir les données dans SAP (délais, stocks de sécurité).
• Amélioration continue: audits fournisseurs et suivis d’outils de reporting.

Your mission

Chargé d'Approvisionnement – Usine de Gaillac Contexte : Dans le cadre de notre démarche d’amélioration continue et pour répondre aux besoins de nos clients, nous recherchons un Chargé d’Approvisionnement pour notre usine de production de principes actifs à Gaillac (200 CDI). Vous serez en charge de la gestion des approvisionnements matières premières, du pilotage des fournisseurs clés et de l’optimisation des performances logistiques.

Missions principales

• Gestion des approvisionnements : Analyser les besoins, passer et suivre les commandes, gérer les stocks, anticiper les recontrôles et péremptions.


• Pilotage des fournisseurs : Suivre les KPI (OTIF, Lead Time), proposer des plans d’action et participer aux réunions stratégiques.


• Optimisation des données : Paramétrer et maintenir les informations dans SAP (délais, stocks de sécurité, etc.).


• Amélioration continue : Participer aux audits fournisseurs, aux chantiers d’optimisation et à la mise en place d’outils de suivi.


• Collaboration transverse : Travailler avec les services Planning, Achats, Production, Magasin et Qualité pour sécuriser les approvisionnements.

Who you are ?

Formation : Bac+5 (école d’ingénieur/logistique ou école de commerce) ou Bac+3/5 en logistique (ex : ISLI, Kedge). Expérience : Expérience en approvisionnement/achats dans un secteur industriel (pharma, cosmétique, agroalimentaire). Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des méthodes de gestion de production, des ERP (SAP), et des outils bureautiques (Excel, Power BI). Compétences comportementales : Leadership, rigueur, adaptabilité et capacité d’analyse. Langues : Anglais professionnel requis. Atouts supplémentaires : Connaissance des normes ISO, BPF, NQA et des règles d’hygiène/sécurité en milieu industriel. Poste basé à Gaillac – Contrat à durée indéterminée.
