A global company focused on commercial excellence is seeking a Change Management Specialist to support their Selling Machine 2.0 program. In this role, you will design and execute change management strategies, engage stakeholders, and ensure readiness for new processes. The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel. As a Change Management Specialist / Expert, you will support the Selling Machine 2.0 program, a global Commercial Excellence initiative. You will design and execute change management strategies, lead stakeholder engagement, and ensure organizational readiness for new processes and tools. Acting as an individual contributor, you will collaborate across global teams, influence adoption, and deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies for Selling Machine 2.0.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and risk evaluations.
  • Design communication and training plans to support adoption of new processes.
  • Facilitate focus groups and feedback sessions to measure success of initiatives.
  • Promote program vision and link adoption to business outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to influence across the lifecycle of change.
  • Provide regular updates and performance metrics to leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in change management and/or communications.
  • Previous experience in global shared services or cross-functional initiatives preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Marketing or Communications desired).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci) preferred.
  • Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and project management practices.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 15%.
