Job summary

Projecttech Algerie is seeking a versatile CFO/CFA Design Engineer to work on both design phases and on-site technical follow-up for transportation infrastructure projects. The role requires solid knowledge of high-current CFO and low-current CFA electrical installations and the ability to interface between design teams, construction teams, and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in CFO/CFA electrical design studies.
• Experience in, or strong interest in, construction follow-up.
• Versatile profile between design and site coordination.
• Experience on transportation, infrastructure, or SGP projects is a major advantage.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical design studies for CFO/CFA systems.
• Analyze input data and project requirements.
• Produce and verify drawings, single-line diagrams, technical notes, and construction documents.
• Participate in sizing of electrical installations.
• Ensure studies comply with applicable standards and specifications.
• Interface between the design office and construction teams.
• Participate in technical and coordination meetings.
• Monitor progress and report blocking issues.
• Verify consistency between design studies and on-site installations.
• Participate in management of punch list items and non-conformities.
• Contribute to technical analyses and project decision-making.
• Provide support to construction teams on CFO/CFA topics.
• Update technical documents according to construction progress.
• Provide technical reporting to project managers.
