Responsibilities

• Start and secure the cell, ensuring safety, 5S, materials, staffing and flow.
• Monitor daily activity to meet quality, standards and production goals.
• Identify field issues quickly, provide first responses, and alert the manager.
• Lead the team with briefings, assign tasks, and ensure smooth handovers.
• Coach operators, share standards, and promote cross-training and improvement.
