Richemont Iberia SL, within Cartier Celebrity Talent & Entertainment, is offering an internship in Paris to support the celebrity coordination and logistics for red carpet and brand events.

The role involves organizing travel, coordinating product logistics, and serving as the main contact for jewelry security and boutiques, with a focus on editorial shoots and curated talent experiences. Fluent French/English required.

Qualifications

• Meticulous with strong organizational, deductive, and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage stress and be pro-active in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken French and English is required.

Responsabilités

• Support the organization and coordination of celebrity requests for events.
• Coordinate travel and product logistics for talent during campaign shoots.
• Liaise with boutiques, security and internal departments during dressings and serve as main contact for jewelry security.
• Assist in booking flights, hotels, cars, hair and makeup artists for brand events.
• Manage on-site needs of the Talent and Entertainment team for offsite activities.
