The ideal candidate should hold an engineering or business degree, have 2–5 years of relevant experience, and possess strong analytical and communication skills. Fluency in English, French, and Italian is required.

CDI – Production Planner (H/F/X)

Location: Paris (1er). Immediate start. Travel required within France & Italy.

Responsibilities

• Elaborate and pilot a master production plan for 8 annual collections, aligning with demand, priorities, and production constraints.
• Ensure coherence of the PDP and the supply plan.
• Coordinate with production teams to balance load and capacity, providing load analysis and simulations.
• Collaborate with Ops teams to guarantee coordination and optimal production scheduling.
• Set up and track KPIs specific to planning.
• Support ERP and APS system deployments: test, analyze processes, and contribute to operational improvements.
• Identify blockers and propose corrective actions to improve overall performance.
• Contribute to projects optimizing manufacturing lead times, reducing WIP, and ensuring data reliability.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within planning and production teams.
