JACQUEMUS is looking for an individual to support their Architecture/Store Planning team in managing and coordinating architectural projects for boutique openings and renovations. The ideal candidate will bring 3-6 years of experience in architecture, particularly within the luxury sector.

Responsibilities include preparing CAD drawings, managing project coordination, and monitoring project progress. The candidate should have a degree in architecture and strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design tools.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years experience in Architecture, ideally in Luxury field.
• Strong understanding of construction detailing and project delivery processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

ROLE

Support the Architecture/Store Planning team in the development, management, monitoring and coordination of architectural projects for the opening/renovation of our boutiques respecting the brief, budget and management of schedules.

MISSIONS

Design

• Prepare and collect the information necessary for the implementation of projects, debrief and coordination through various departments
• Prepare CAD drawings, 3D models and project presentations for design development
• Material research and sample-boards preparation

Planning Control/coordination

• Manage project coordination with internal and external parties
• Assist on Bid preparation and support on the result analysis and monitoring of project cost
• Review shop drawings and technical submissions from contractors and suppliers
• Monitor the progress of project & construction milestones and support in keeping the targets

General Activities

• Make and issue periodic reports on ongoing projects and related meetings
• Update the projects database and material library
• Research and certification/follow-up for suppliers and consultants

PROFILE

• Education: Degree in Architecture
• 3-6 years experience in Architecture (ideally in Luxury field) within a brand and/or architecture studio
• Strong understanding of construction detailing and project delivery processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously at different levels of advancement
• Skills & Expertise: Organised, team player, rigorous and detail oriented, flexible, agile
• Languages: English and French
• Good computer skills including: AutoCAD, SketchUp (V-Ray is a plus), Photoshop, Adobe Suite and Excel
