L’Oréal Groupe offers a 6-month internship in Category Management starting January 2027. You will analyze market and category performance, assist in strategy development, and optimize assortment across channels.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure cohesive category plans and impactful insights. You are a Master 1 or Master 2 student with strong data analysis skills (Excel) and experience with PowerPoint for presentations.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 program (business school, IAE, or university)
• Proficient in data analysis tools (advanced Excel) and PowerPoint for presentations
• Knowledge of panel tools (Nielsen, IRI) or CRM is a plus
• Fluent in English and/or French

Responsabilités

• Market and Category Performance Analysis across product categories
• Assist in developing category strategy aligned with marketing and commercial goals
• Contribute to assortment and merchandising optimization for various channels
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing and Supply Chain teams
• Monitor competitors' actions and identify relevant innovations for L'Oréal
