Bolton Food France is seeking a Category Manager to join our Sales team, driving category and commercial recommendations for national retailers and optimizing assortments, promotional strategies and merchandising plans to accelerate the growth of our brands such as Saupiquet and Rio Mare.

Based in Courbevoie with occasional customer visits, you will report to the National Account Director and collaborate with Sales, Sales Support and Category Development to strengthen our category leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Category Management experience (internships and apprenticeships included).
• Experience in FMCG/Grocery, ideally within the Food industry.
• Professional English (minimum B2).
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive profitable growth across assigned retail accounts.
• Identify category and brand growth opportunities.
• Build insightful category recommendations for customers and Bolton Food.
• Develop strong partnerships with national retail HQ contacts.
• Define assortment strategy per customer profile.
• Adapt the national merchandising strategy to retailers.
• Develop merchandising plans and ensure implementation.
• Provide insights and recommendations to sales teams.
• Report performance to internal stakeholders.
