ZHIGGIE is hiring three Sales Advisors for the 2026–2027 winter season in Gustavia, Saint-Barthélemy. This full-time fixed-term role offers training by the Store Director, with a pathway to year-round opportunities across the two boutiques.

You will engage international clients, present collections with style and discretion, and help build strong client relationships while supporting boutique operations and CRM efforts.

Formación

• Experience in retail or luxury service preferred.
• Strong service orientation and clienteling ability.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and advise an international clientele with a refined, personalized approach.
• Present pieces with precision and discretion to clients.
• Build long‑term client relationships and contribute to boutique development.
• Manage sales, payments, duty‑free procedures and after‑sales service.
• Collect and update client information (CRM).
• Receive, tag and organize new arrivals and maintain stockroom order.
• Assist with visual merchandising and product replenishment.
• Support inventory counts and boutique operations.
• Open/close the boutique when Store Director is absent.
• Participate in content creation and campaign shoots when needed.
