CMA CGM Group in Marseille is seeking a Master’s student to join the Cargo Flow team as an intern, focusing on optimizing cargo space allocation across vessels. You will monitor dispatching at trans-shipment ports and support the team to improve vessel utilization and service levels.

You will report to the Cargo Flow Manager, collaborate with commercial, operations and agents, and develop weekly, monthly and yearly loading statistics while ensuring accuracy and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Currently completing a master's in international Trade or Logistics and interested in logistics optimization.
• First experience and demonstrated autonomy and initiative.
• Fluent English and strong Excel skills.
• Ability to anticipate, be responsive and analytical.

Responsabilités

• Monitor container dispatching operations at trans-shipment ports and propose evacuation plans when needed.
• Inform commercial executives, Operations Department and agents about decisions from superiors.
• Produce weekly, monthly and yearly statistics on loading rates for ports and destinations.
• Follow up with agents for expected volumes to ensure allocated spaces are relevant.
