Medpace is recruiting for an Associate Clinical Trial Manager in Lyon, France. This office-based role targets candidates with cardiovascular PhD or post-doctoral research experience and a desire to apply academic skills to clinical project administration and management.

Recent PhD graduates can enter a structured training program, work in an international environment, and build a career in CTM for cutting-edge therapeutics.

Qualifications

• PhD in Life Sciences with strong analytical research background.
• Fluent English with solid presentation skills.
• Willingness to work in an international CRO/pharma environment.

Responsabilités

• Communicate and collaborate on global study activities with the project coordinator and clinical trial manager.
• Ensure timely delivery of recurrent tasks with high accuracy.
• Compile and maintain project-specific status reports within the clinical trial management system.
• Interact with the internal project team, Sponsor, study sites, and third-party vendors.
• Provide oversight and quality control of internal regulatory filing system.
• Provide oversight and management of study supplies.
• Create and maintain project timelines.
• Coordinate project meetings and produce quality minutes.
