Jobtailor in Toulouse seeks an experienced Industrial Project Manager to oversee capital projects from design to commissioning. You will define scope, budgets, and schedules, prepare specifications, and coordinate with suppliers and multidisciplinary teams.

On-site leadership and HSE compliance are essential to deliver projects safely and on time. You will monitor costs and progress, participate in design reviews, and drive risk management.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in industrial project management.
• Knowledge of design to commissioning phases and tendering.
• Proficient in project planning, costs, schedules and risk management.
• Professional English in an international environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage capital projects from preliminary design through installation handover.
• Define scope, objectives, budgets, schedules and required resources.
• Prepare specifications, consult suppliers, and analyze bids.
• Coordinate design studies, interfaces and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, costs, schedules, quality and compliance.
• Participate in design reviews and coordination meetings; track actions.
• Supervise on-site contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company standards.
• Identify risks and report to stakeholders; contribute to lessons learned.
• Participate in commissioning, testing, start-up and equipment acceptance.
