Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• BSN degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Demonstrated experience with electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Register and enroll students as patients in BILH Virtual Primary Care; guide through demographics, insurance and contact data.
• Provide pre-visit support: document vital signs and compile medication lists; streamline virtual visits.
• Perform point-of-care testing as directed and document results.
• Deliver health education and prevention programs to campus populations; coordinate events and materials.
• Coordinate communications between students and Virtual Primary Care; facilitate referrals and maintain EHR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and BILH standards; participate in team huddles.
