Job description

Ubisoft is a global leader in gaming with teams across the world creating original and memorable gaming experiences, from Assassin’s Creed, Rainbow Six to Just Dance and more. We believe diverse perspectives help both players and teams thrive. If you’re passionate about innovation and pushing entertainment boundaries, join our journey and help us create the unknown!

As a Campaign Program Manager at Ubisoft, you’ll serve as the key orchestrator between Creative Houses and cross-functional teams from Publishing Business Services, connecting brand marketing and operational teams (creative operations, media, sales, social media…), to bring campaigns assets to life—on time, on brief, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.

Working closely with the Director, Campaign Management, you will own campaign planning, timelines, and delivery schedules for one or several franchises. You will align stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, and drive the successful delivery of marketing assets required to achieve campaign objectives. You are hands‑on in managing content workflows, budget monitoring and cross-functional dependencies related to asset transformation and content execution. From production tracking through asset delivery, you ensure visibility, alignment, and efficiency throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Your role is essential in ensuring operational excellence and seamless execution across all stakeholders involved in campaign delivery and creative operations.

What you’ll do :
  • Partner with Creative Houses and cross-functional teams to gather campaign content needs, briefs, and project updates, acting as a trusted orchestrator and facilitator between Creative Houses and cross-functional teams.
  • Build and maintain integrated campaign plans, including milestones, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables while monitoring progress, identifying risks, and proposing mitigation plans.
  • Maintain campaign information and delivery visibility by ensuring plans, milestones, deliverables, risks, and key decisions remain accurate, accessible, and consistently communicated across stakeholders.
  • Drive accountability across participating teams by maintaining alignment on deadlines, deliverables, ownership, and timelines while ensuring stakeholders have the information required to make informed decisions.
  • Ensure the smooth flow of information and deliverables across all production stakeholders. Drive a culture of collaboration, transparency, and efficiency across creative and operational teams.
  • Toward Creative Houses: promote standardized processes, enforce the use of common tools, ensure adherence to cross-functional schedules, and keep campaign priorities on track.
  • Toward Publishing cross-functional teams: provide visibility into asset delivery timelines, communicate asset ETAs, manage prioritization when needed, and ensure compliance with brand and creative guidelines.
  • Facilitate retrospectives and continuous improvement activities by capturing learnings, identifying recurring challenges, and recommending improvements to processes, governance, tools, methodologies, reporting, and collaboration practices.
  • Gather and analyze campaign asset delivery, execution, and utilization information from stakeholders, contributing campaign-level insights focused on planning effectiveness, information flow, stakeholder alignment, governance, resource planning, asset utilization, and operational efficiency.
  • Champion campaign management standards, governance frameworks, tools, and best practices, ensuring consistent execution, process adherence, and operational excellence across campaigns.
Qualifications
  • You have strong experience in Campaign Management, Program Management, Project Management, Marketing Operations, Creative Operations, Publishing Operations, or a related discipline.
  • You have experience in planning and coordinating complex marketing campaigns or cross-functional programs from brief through execution.
Skills and knowledge
  • Strong understanding of campaign development and delivery across functions such as Brand, Creative, Production, Media, CRM, Community, Sales, and digital platforms and storefronts.
  • Proven ability to build integrated plans, workback schedules, milestones, dependencies, and readiness requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to align teams with different priorities, constraints, and working methods
  • Experience identifying risks, resolving operational challenges, and escalating issues with clear recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, workstreams, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience leading cross-functional planning sessions, reviews, and decision-making forums.
  • Ability to influence outcomes, establish accountability, and drive alignment without direct authority.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex campaign information clear and actionable.
  • Experience using campaign, project management, collaboration, or reporting tools to maintain visibility and support decision-making.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret campaign information and turn learnings into planning operational improvements for future campaigns.
