What You Bring to the Team – Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a minimum height of 163cm (no reach test is required).
• Hold a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Speak and write English fluently (additional languages are a welcome plus).
• Maintain a high standard of personal grooming aligned with our uniform and image standards—no visible tattoos or piercings (one earring per earlobe is permitted for females).
• Possess a clean criminal record and the ability to travel worldwide without restrictions.
• Be willing to comply fully with UAE and GCAA visa requirements.
• Feel comfortable in water and be able to swim while using a flotation device.
