Job summary

SOPHiA GENETICS invites an enthusiastic intern to join the Corporate IT team for six months in Bidart, France. You will support Finance and Supply Chain operations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, contribute to improvement projects, and gain hands-on experience across project work and day-to-day application support.

You will gather requirements, test functionalities, troubleshoot issues, and create documentation.

Qualifications

• You are studying Information Systems, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain or a related field.
• You have a technical mindset and enjoy solving problems with data and applications.
• You are organized, detail-oriented and good at documenting work.
• You communicate well with both technical colleagues and business users.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs by gathering requirements from Finance and Supply Chain teams.
• Help improve systems by contributing to Dynamics 365 and other connected business apps.
• Prepare and execute test scenarios, identify issues and ensure functionality works as expected.
• Support users by troubleshooting application issues and managing requests.
• Create process maps, functional docs, user guides and training materials.
• Explore opportunities for automation to simplify and optimize processes.
