A51 is a biotech company engineering RNA to reprogram cellular states. We use RNA as the programmable layer of biology. What you will do
- AI-enabled research & automation: use AI agents and analytical tools to map VCs, founders, competitive landscapes, and scientific ecosystems
- Fundraising support: refine deck and one-pagers, maintain the CRM and pipeline, prep data-room and diligence answers, draft investor updates
- Budgeting and finance basics: help build the annual and rolling budget, maintain the operating model, track budget vs actuals, update cash runway and KPIs, assist with grants and other non-dilutive funding
- Market research & Strategy projects: size markets, map competitors and partners, analyze pricing, value chain, and business models
- Operations: set up simple processes and dashboards in Notion or similar tools, coordinate meetings, take crisp notes, and drive follow-ups
- You will work on analytical, AI-assisted, and biotech-focused projects that directly support our fundraising, market positioning, and strategic planning
What you bring
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s (Licence), Master’s, MBA, or Grande École program in business, finance, engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytics, high proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and Slides
- Comfortable using or learning AI agents and automation workflows (no coding required, but curiosity is a must)
- Clear written communication in English; French is a plus
- Organized, resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity, action-oriented
- Nice to have: basic financial modelling, experience in data analysis, Notion, Crunchbase, or scientific/technical domains
