Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in Business Law (equivalent to French Master 2).
2+ years experience in law firm or in-house legal department of a large international group.
Experience negotiating contracts with complex issues.
Excellent analytical and advisory skills with a solution-oriented approach.
Proficiency in legal English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

Draft, negotiate and finalize direct and indirect procurement contracts (service agreements, supply of goods, IT services, etc.).
Ensure contractual relationships are managed and monitored throughout their lifecycle.
Advise and support operational teams on all legal issues related to purchasing.
Manage pre-litigation and litigation with suppliers or service providers, in coordination with the relevant teams.
Lead document governance by drafting and updating contract templates, guides and other reference materials.
Actively contribute to the digitalization of the legal function, notably through the adoption and deployment of generative AI tools.

Requirements
