As a Business Development Representative for the French market, you'll work alongside pioneers transforming e‑commerce, in a company supporting over 450 international clients generating more than €8.6 billion in annual business volume. Role Overview

As a Business Development Representative at Mirakl, you'll be at the heart of our expansion in France. Your mission will be to contribute to our exceptional growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for our marketplace platform and catalog management product.

Responsibilities
  • Develop your marketplace expertise through Mirakl University training program and coaching from Sales experts.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities with major prospects in the French market, including retailers, distributors, and B2B companies.
  • Proactively prospect your market using a multichannel approach (phone, email, LinkedIn).
  • Maintain quality relationships through multiple touchpoints with C‑Level executives, e‑commerce directors, and CFOs from your prospects.
  • Work in tandem with Account Executives to build a trustful pipeline of leads from first meeting to closing.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' and prospects' business challenges to better qualify their needs.
  • Collaborate within an international team in contact with marketing, platform advisory, and legal teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions in Salesforce and track performance KPIs to meet and exceed your objectives.

Benefits & Working Model

We invest in your success with a structured onboarding program and follow a hybrid model: 3 to 4 days in the office and 1 to 2 days working from home.

Application Process
  • A 30‑minute Zoom screen with our recruiter to discuss your background and expectations.
  • An initial 45‑minute core expertise discussion by Zoom with the BDR Manager.
  • Two STAR interviews (45 minutes each) with members of the sales team.
  • A 30‑minute sales role‑play with your future Manager and a senior Sales.
