A leading tech firm in Nanterre is seeking a dedicated professional to develop and maintain partnerships within its SaaS ecosystem. The successful candidate will guide partners through onboarding processes and ensure partner success while collaborating with internal teams. The ideal applicant will possess strong communication and project management skills and have a background in tech or retail. This full-time position requires up to 30% global travel and does not offer remote work.

Responsabilités

  • Develop and maintain an ecosystem of SaaS vendors and technological partners.
  • Guide partners through onboarding and integration programs.
  • Own partnerships from developing terms to executing agreements.
  • Collaborate on joint opportunities and monitor the sales pipeline.
  • Use PowerBI and AI automation to deliver reports and KPI dashboards.

Main Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a diverse ecosystem of SaaS vendors and technological partners integrated with VusionGroup solutions.

Guide partners and startups through onboarding and integration programs fostering co-innovation and the development of next-generation solutions in retail.

Own partnerships end-to-end, including developing terms, executing partnership agreements, onboarding new partners, and owning partner success.

Coordinate and communicate with alliance partners and internal teams on three key pillars:

  • Sales: Collaborate on joint opportunities, monitor the sales pipeline, and organize Quarterly Business Reviews with partners.
  • Enablement / GoToMarket: Develop sales enablement resources, set up partner showrooms and labs, and participate in global events.
  • Product: Benchmark and review partner integration opportunities to guide product strategy and roadmap decisions.

Use PowerBI and AI automation to monitor and deliver reports and KPI dashboards globally.

Organize lead and participate in group discussions and internal meetings to align strategies and objectives with ISV partners.

Ensure effective communication with partners and internal teams to guarantee the success of projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience and/or interest in new technologies and tech in general.
  • Background in a tech or startup environment is a plus.
  • Background in Engineering and Computer Science is a plus.
  • Background in retail is a plus.
