Overview

Meds Nexus is looking for a Business Development Analyst – Who is proficient in English communication skills (North American Accent is preferable) for our Pre‑Sales department. It’s a salary + allowances + commission‑based role.

Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound & outbound sales calls, emails, and text messages.
  • Convert a lead into a prospective client.
  • Schedule meetings (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, etc.) and conference calls.
  • Prepare analysis reports and meeting minutes.
  • Handle other duties as needed or assigned by the Manager.
  • Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and ensure resolution.
  • Identify client needs, and respond in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.
  • 1 to 2 years of hands‑on experience in a relevant field is required.
Requirements
  • Minimum intermediate level in any domain with excellent English communication (verbal and written) skills (preferably a North American accent).
  • Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), RingCentral, Avaya/Cisco IP Phones.
  • Knowledge of the US Healthcare industry, 1 to 3 years of hands‑on experience in customer support.
  • Available to work during US working hours.
Must‑Have
  • Fluent communication skills.
  • International calling & communication experience.
Salary Package

Basic: 50k‑65k per month.
