A tech scale-up in grocery delivery is inviting students to participate in a Business Course at their headquarters. This opportunity allows participants to work on real business cases with mentors, gain insight into strategy and analytics, and experience the culture of collaboration at Picnic. Applicants should be currently enrolled in a quantitative Master's program and have strong problem-solving skills. Accommodation and meals will be provided during the course.

Business Course @ Picnic Technologies

Join Picnics Business Course at Picnic HQ in Amsterdam on 27th of November! Take a closer look into the world of Strategy & Analytics at Picnic whilst working on a real business case. Teamed up with a group of talented students and Picnic mentors you’ll discover first‑hand how we revolutionize the online grocery industry.

During the challenge you’ll be split into teams and will work on a case study to help grow our business. Based on actual Picnic data you’ll gain further insights into customer behaviour, business expansion and our supply chain challenges. With the results that your team gathers you will be able to advise us on how to move forward and pitch your strategy to the group.

During the day we will provide you with plenty of food (breakfast, lunch and dinner included), coaching and exciting challenges. Just like working at Picnic for real!

Schedule

• Case work part I
• Lunch
• Behind‑the‑scenes Picnic hub activity Q&A
• Case work part II & presentations
• Dinner & drinks with Picnics Business Analysts

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Masters degree in a quantitative background
• Based in the Netherlands, France or Germany
• Passion for breaking down problems and solving puzzles
• Communication skills that allow you to convert abstract plans into digestible information for your team in English
• Proficient in Excel

Process

• Step 2: When your application matches the requirements we will schedule a short call (20 min) with one of our recruiters.
• Step 3: After a successful interview you will be invited to complete an online assessment. You’ll have a maximum of 7 days to practice and complete it.
• Step 4: If you’re selected we will let you know at the latest on Thursday afternoon 20th of November 2025 whether you are one of the selected participants!
