Description du poste

We are looking for a Business Continuity Program Manager F/M to join the AXA Partners' Security Team.

The ambition of the security organization is to evolve to a business partner role, delivering value to the business while reducing and managing their risk. This is achieved by following a risk-based strategy and security improvement program with common objectives and controls.

The Business Continuity Management Program Manager is a part of the Central team and is a key discipline within the Operational Resilience department to ensure that Business Continuity within the AXA Partners countries is defined, implemented, and delivered in accordance with the Group Security Strategy and supports achieving local maturity objectives in a cost‑effective manner.

What you’ll be doing

Your mission is to ensure the organization’s resilience by overseeing the development, implementation, and testing of comprehensive Business Continuity Plans that integrate security, crisis management, IT, and other professional families such as HR and communications. It involves identifying and assessing risks, promoting BCM awareness and training, and continuously improving plans and processes through testing and benchmarking. You will work closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to embed BCM standards, oversee critical business activities, influence organizational change, and support rapid response and recovery in disruptions—ultimately safeguarding critical operations and fostering a proactive, resilient culture.

Your responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance and execution of tasks according to the Operational Resilience Policy, BCM controls, and international best practices.
  • Lead and facilitate Business Impact Analyses (BIA), manage the full Business Continuity lifecycle, and provide training.
  • Maintain expertise in local regulations, international standards, BCM tools (RiskConnect, SendWordNow), and the broader Operational Resilience landscape.
  • Develop and oversee BCM action plans, promote awareness, conduct training, and coordinate testing activities.
  • Manage BCM programs and projects, deploy standards and policies, influence change, and ensure adherence.
  • Provide advice and support during major incidents or crises, utilizing strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, auditors, and partners, to deliver expected outcomes.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, report risks, support steering committees, and track progress of resilience initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of BCM processes and controls, foster a security‑aware culture, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes, enhance quality, and establish auditable governance for Operational Resilience.
What you’ll bring
  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, and Security, with strong understanding of business processes.
  • Solid knowledge of BCM standards and practices (ISO 22301, 22316, DRII, BCI) and awareness of relevant regulations (DORA is a plus).
  • Experience in Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Risk Assessment, Business Continuity Planning, and IT service continuity (RTO, RPO, incident management, security risk analysis).
  • Familiarity with crisis and incident management, audit processes, and information security; experience in financial or insurance industries is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools (Excel, Power BI), and BCM tools (RiskConnect, SendWordNow, ClearView).
  • Excellent problem‑solving, project management, and organizational skills; ability to work independently in a dynamic, global environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages such as French or Spanish are assets); capable of producing reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Ability to prioritize under pressure, manage risks, and lead in high‑stakes situations.
  • Leadership qualities, team player mindset, proactive, self‑motivated, with interpersonal skills including assertiveness, empathy, and persuasive communication.
  • Relevant educational background, ideally a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or related field.
What we offer
  • Individual variable compensation
  • Profit‑sharing / Incentive scheme / Employee share ownership
  • Company Savings Plan and PERECO
  • Comprehensive health and welfare coverage
  • Preferential banking and insurance products
  • Favorable parental policy
  • Remote work (depending on the position)
  • Reimbursement of 60% of the transportation pass
  • Subsidized company cafeteria
