Job summary

Mirakl in Paris is seeking a motivated Master’s student to join our Customer Success Consulting team as a 6-month intern starting January 2027.

You will analyze client performance, help design strategic recommendations, and collaborate on cross-functional projects to optimize marketplace operations, while gaining hands-on exposure to seller recruitment and performance insights. This role offers mentorship from Gianluca Petito and a front-row seat to Mirakl’s international projects.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, university, or IEP.
• Previous internship experience in consulting, customer success, or e-commerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client performance metrics and contribute to the preparation of strategic Business Reviews
• Support the development and implementation of tailored strategic recommendations to help clients optimise their marketplace operations
• Participate in cross-functional projects focused on process improvement, team growth, and AI implementation
• Collaborate with Customer Success Consultants to assist clients in building their marketplace strategy (assortment strategy, seller recruitment, organisational structure)
• Help clients implement effective tools and processes for seller management and operational excellence

The Team You'll Join

You’ll be joining our Customer Success Consulting team, working with our B2B portfolio in Gianluca's team. Together, the team supports Mirakl's clients throughout all phases of their marketplace journey—from strategic planning to day-to-day operations—ensuring they maximize the value of the Mirakl platform.

Your Impact

What You'll Bring to the Role

Education & Experience

Internship Allowance: €1,200 - €1,400 per month (depending on profile)
