Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst/ERP consultant to own the functional solution for Odoo-based projects from discovery to production rollout.

You will translate ambiguous requirements into a clear Odoo design, write specs and user stories, and drive backlog prioritization with stakeholders and developers. Strong English is required to collaborate on international projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis or ERP consulting, ideally with Odoo.
• Experience managing ERP projects end-to-end and balancing standard vs. custom solutions.
• Ability to build trust with business stakeholders and developers.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts and support change with pedagogy.
• English is mandatory on projects.

• You write the specifications and User Stories that will serve as the reference for the development team.
• You prioritize and arbitrate the backlog according to the client's true business priorities.
• You configure the solution and can lead testing phases.
• You coordinate technical and business teams and stay on course until production deployment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis or ERP consulting, ideally with Odoo.
• You manage ERP projects end-to-end and can make trade-offs between standard and custom solutions.
• You build trust with both business stakeholders and developers.
• You simplify technical concepts and support change with a pedagogical approach.
• English is second nature to you (mandatory on our projects).
