Job summary

All Eyes On Me is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to translate business needs into functional specs and user stories, with a focus on Asset Management. You will work with stakeholders to digitalise client journeys and improve processes, while applying Agile practices.

You will use SQL Server and Azure DevOps to support analysis, testing and delivery, and you will coordinate workshops with business teams. Fluent English and French are required, Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Asset management knowledge and experience as a business analyst.
• Familiarity with fund and mandate data and digitalisation.
• Strong Agile practices and backlog management experience.
• Experience with SQL Server and Azure DevOps or equivalent tools.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud; Marketing Cloud is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, writing, synthesis and communication skills.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English; Dutch is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, organisation and time-management under pressure.
