Role Overview
As an AMOA (Project Owner Support) for the Lyon team, you will support the deployment of a road traffic supervision system. You will transform the system, imagine and design innovative solutions, and contribute to the overall road traffic supervision strategy.
Responsibilities
- Build functional and business competence of the system.
- Accompany the project owner in needs expression (workshops, cadrage) and draft needs expression dossiers.
- Conduct functional impact studies.
- Propose, design and draft functional specifications for new functionalities.
- Plan and execute test strategies and production test campaigns.
- Support the business in product testing and configuration.
- Contribute to the functional roadmap construction.
- Support users through product transformation, homogenization of practices and system usage (assistance, training, change management).
- Support the IT development team.
- Track anomalies.
Qualifications
- Bac+5 with at least 3 years experience in similar roles.
- Mastery of project framing, design and testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to facilitate decision making.
- Versatile and open to varied and stimulating project contexts.
- Excellent relationships, rigor and organization.
- Team player who values collaboration and synergy.
- Independent English level to work within the Group.
