Job summary

Syntrace in Paris is hiring a Business Analyst to drive the analysis behind major decisions, including pricing, market sizing, and customer economics. You will work directly with the leadership team to deliver source-backed insights and data-driven recommendations.

You will join a senior team that has scaled companies before and gain exposure to every part of how a company is built, from strategy to execution, in a founding role close to the core decisions.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in consulting, banking, or analytical roles at a fast-growing company.
• Strong modelling skills and comfort with data.
• Clear writing and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Join Syntrace as a Business Analyst based in Paris and support leadership with analyses on pricing, market sizing, and customer economics.
• Provide insights to answer leadership's key questions and help shape strategic decisions.
• Collaborate directly with the founding team and senior leadership to translate data into actionable recommendations.
