Job summary

CBRE, Inc. is seeking a Multi-skilled Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical building systems. You will be part of Engineering and Technical Services, providing support and routine servicing to keep equipment reliable.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, physical ability to lift 50 lbs, and competence with Microsoft Office. You will follow established procedures under supervision and contribute to safe, efficient facility

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years of maintenance experience.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
Ability to follow standard procedures and communicate clearly.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and perform repairs.
Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
Review work orders and estimate time/materials for repairs.
Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
Follow procedures and perform tasks under supervision.
