A leading broadcast services company in Île-de-France is seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee workflows during the FIFA World Cup. The role involves coordinating teams, managing schedules, and ensuring operational readiness. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of project management experience in media operations and strong skills in digital production workflows. This position offers a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in program/project/product management in broadcast, post-production, or media operations.
• Strong understanding of digital production workflows.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator) and workflow orchestration tools.
• Experience with media management systems and large-scale file transfer.
• Skilled at managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the setup and delivery of ingest, editing, media management, and distribution facilities.
• Manage schedules, milestones, and reporting for operational readiness.
• Serve as the technical lead during live matchdays.
• Support recruitment and management of technical staff.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues under critical conditions.
• Lead post-event reviews and improve operational documentation.

We’re now looking for a Technical Program Manager to oversee Non‑Live workflows at the FIFA World Cup 26 supporting HBS Production Federation teams and Media Partners in delivering world‑class broadcast operations.

The role will be key to ensuring seamless ingestion editing archiving and content distribution coordinating across HBS teams FIFA and external suppliers to align requirements manage expectations and deliver reliable on‑timesolutions.

Your Responsibilities
