Accor is offering a six-month Brand Assistant Manager internship within the PME division, ibis brand team. You will help develop and launch culturally relevant experiences that drive brand desirability, relevance and guest experience.

You will maintain global brand content, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, support brand standards rollout in hubs, and contribute to signature moments across bedding and food & beverage.

Qualifications

• Level of Studies: BAC+4/+5
• Field of Studies: Project Management/Product Development/Marketing
• Experience: a first internship in Project Management
• Strong skills in Project Management
• Interest in Hospitality and Customer Experience
• Fluency in English (written & spoken)
• Computer Skills: Pack Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
• to start beginning of January 2027 (for 6 months)
• NAVIGO pass reimbursement: 50%
• Remote working from home, hotels and coworking spaces possible 2 days a week.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the conceptualization and implementation of key economy brand strategic projects, product and signature moments.
• Maintain, update and manage brand global content: experience material, assets, toolkits, and newsletters.
• Coordinate and participate in meetings with internal and external key stakeholders and partners.
• Support redefinition, implementation and measurement of brand & products standards in hubs.
