Description du poste

Health can’t wait.

Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.

Alan exists to end the wait.

Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.

So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.

We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.

Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 800+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.

Alan is looking for a Global Brand Event Manager to turn events into a distinctive, scalable expression of the Alan brand. The role combines event strategy, brand experience, operational excellence, commercial understanding, and community building.

You will own Alan’s yearly flagship event, building on the success of Alan 10, and help make it an even stronger moment for brand, community, customers, prospects, partners, and the wider healthcare ecosystem. Beyond the flagship event, you will build the operating system that enables commercial and local teams to run high-quality events repeatedly and consistently.

It is a senior individual-contributor role that owns the global event system and makes other teams more autonomous and effective.

You will lead the global strategy and execution of Alan’s major Brand events, while owning the execution of local Brand events in France. You will create the playbooks, standards, templates, and measurement frameworks that allow teams across markets to deliver high-quality events without reinventing the wheel each time.

You will also contribute to the Brand team’s global community-event strategy, identifying the formats and moments that can make Alan more visible, credible, and memorable to the communities we want to influence.

You’ll equip local teams with the right local approach and assets, and support them as they adapt and run events in their markets.

Main responsibilities
  1. Own Alan’s yearly flagship event

    • Participate in the definition of the event’s purpose, audience, positioning, narrative, and success criteria.

    • Build the event roadmap, budget, and production plan.

    • Manage agencies, venues, suppliers, speakers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

    • Coordinate content, creative, production, guest management, press, influencers, Sales, and local market teams.

    • Design a high-quality guest experience before, during, and after the event.

    • Connect invitations, registration, CRM tracking, attendance, and follow‑up.

    • Run rehearsals, speaker preparation, run‑of‑show management, and on‑site execution.

  2. Build Alan’s recurring event playbook

    • Define the main event formats and their intended purposes, such as owned events, executive dinners, round tables, speaking opportunities, trade shows, and partner events.

    • Create practical templates for briefs, timelines, budgets, approvals, execution, production, and follow‑up.

    • Help define the role of commercial teams before, during, and after the event.

    • Create reusable content, event assets, checklists, and quality standards.

  3. Support local teams on local events

    • Help local teams choose the right format and define the desired outcome.

    • Review briefs and plans, provide feedback, and raise the quality bar.

    • Identify successful local formats that could be scaled globally.

  4. Help shape and execute Alan’s community-event strategy

    • Contribute with the Brand team to the Community building strategy

    • Design recurring event franchises and formats.

    • Build partnerships with relevant organizations, experts, customers, and opinion leaders.

    • Run test‑and‑learn initiatives that can start locally and scale globally.

Profile & Competencies

We are looking for someone who has:

  • At least 5 years of experience delivering events end to end, ideally in a Brand, B2B marketing, field marketing, agency environment.

  • Experience running complex events with multiple stakeholders, suppliers, agencies, speakers (including profiles with special logistics and security needs), and audience types.

  • Strong event production skills, including planning, budgeting, timelines, vendor management, risk management, rehearsals, and on‑site delivery.

  • Experience building repeatable processes, playbooks, templates, or operating models.

  • A strong understanding of how events can support brand awareness, community building, customer relationships, and commercial outcomes.

  • Experience working with Sales, Customer Marketing, PR, Creative, Communications, and local market teams.

  • Comfort with CRM, registration, lead capture, attribution, and post‑event follow‑up processes.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris.

  • Willingness to travel and work across international markets.
